BOOKING CONDITIONS:
ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE SECURED BY A 10% BOOKING DEPOSIT
A BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID AND RECEIVED.
BOOKING DEPOSITS ARE NON-
BOOKING DEPOSIT
DEPOSITS MADE BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED A 2% BOOKING FEE.
ONCE A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, YOU WILL BE SENT A RECEIPT DETAILING THE BOOKING,
AMOUNT PAID, AND THE BALANCE OUTSTANDING WHICH MUST BE SETTLED ON ARRIVAL.
IN THE EVENT OF NON-
GROUP BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
THE STRATHMORE DOES NOT OFFER ANY REFUND WHEN THE HOLIDAY IS CUT SHORT, FOR WHATEVER
REASON. THE PROPRIETOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY HOLIDAY SHOULD THE CONDUCT
OF ANY PERSON/S WHO IS A PART OF THAT BOOKING CAUSE ANY DETRIMENT TO THE WELL BEING
OR COMFORT OF OTHER GUESTS AND THE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. ANY BREAKAGE OR
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY WILL BE MADE GOOD AND THE COST CHARGED TO THE ORGANISER OF THE
BOOKING INCLUDING BILLING THE ORGANISER’S CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DIRECT.
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
A non-
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your stay, which is payable by cheque (received 10 days prior to arrival), credit/debit card or by cash on arrival.
Meal times are arranged to your convenience, but no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
Rooms should be vacated by 10.00am on the morning of departure.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guest’s property; it is the guests responsibility to safeguard their own property at all times.
Should you be delayed on your journey and not be arriving at the time intended, would you telephone and advise us accordingly.
Free car park provided, subject to availability, entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests and proprietors, or who causes damage to The Strathmore and its fixtures and fittings. Any damage or costs incurred, including legal expenses because of such behaviour will be recovered by The Strathmore.
The Strathmore is a non-
Visitors other than residents are not allowed to enter The Strathmore without prior agreement.
The Strathmore accepts no responsibility for accident or injury resulting from guest’s negligence.
The Strathmore does not offer refund when a booking is cut short for whatever reason.
Lost keys are charged at £10.00 per set.
