Ten minute walk from the train station - just walk down Dickson Road.  Five minute car/taxi ride or catch the tram at north pier and ask for Gynn Square. We are situated across from the main tram stop between Blackpool and Cleveleys/Fleetwood, also bus stop,

taxi ranks close by.
